BSc Hons Computer Games Design (Combined Honours)

The BSc Hons Computer Games Design Combined Honours programme offers students an opportunity to study the interactive design process and theories underpinning the design and development of computer games in combination with another subject. In addition to the theoretical elements students will learn and use software applications to apply their understanding of computer games design. The programme also involves the design and construction of 2D and 3D virtual environments and the study of the games industry, the different types of markets and game players.
Students may choose to combine Computer Games Design with a range of other subject, either as a major, joint or minor. Popular combinations with Games Design include: Multimedia; Media Studies; Journalism; Education and Community Studies; Marketing; Business.
